We proudly announce that The Science Support is a gold sponsor of the 23rd Panhellenic Chemistry Conference, which will occur on 25-28 September at the Central Building of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
This year the conference has an anniversary character, since the Association of Greek Chemists is celebrating 100 years of life and activity. A multifaceted activity in all fields with the ultimate goal of always promoting the science of chemistry in industry, technology, education and research, as well as its utilization for the country’s independent economic, social and cultural development. This activity is also reflected in the title for the conference “Chemistry for a Better World”.
The conference provides an excellent opportunity for younger scientists to get acquainted with future trends and perspectives of chemistry in a multidisciplinary environment. The topics of the conference will include Analytical Chemistry – Quality Control, Inorganic and Bioinorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry – Biotechnology – Clinical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Green Chemistry – Chemical Technology – Chemical Engineering, Food and Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Physical and Theoretical Chemistry, Chemistry and Education, Chemistry and Environmental Technology, Chemistry and Polymer Technology, Materials Chemistry and Nanotechnology. At a time when humanity is already facing harsh face of challenges due to overpopulation, climate change, epidemics, resource depletion and so many others, chemistry as a central science of life and nature is called upon to play a central, timely and urgent role in addressing these challenges. At the same time, scientists are called upon to put the brakes on the indiscriminate use of chemistry, which often leads to undesirable results, and to focus on “Green Chemistry” and its contribution to the sustainable development of humanity.
It is certain that, as in the past, this conference will also result in the dissemination of new knowledge, exchange of views, concerns and experiences, research pioneering and achievements, fruitful & constructive dialogue, as all speakers and participants will contribute to achieve the above.
Therefore, we would like to invite all conference participants, partners, and clients to visit us at Stand Nr. 10 in the exhibition area to discuss our superior integrated solutions for scientific, analytical and diagnostic applications.
