The Science Support – 2025 in Review

For us, at The Science Support, this year marked an important chapter of growth through strengthening partnerships, expanding our technology portfolio, and deepening our presence across scientific and clinical events in Greece.

Strengthening Our Network Through Strategic Collaborations

This year, The Science Support proudly expanded its portfolio through new strategic collaborations with leading international technology providers, reinforcing our mission to support laboratories with reliable, future-ready solutions.

Among the most significant milestones was our new partnership with Inpeco, the global leader in Total Laboratory Automation. By introducing advanced automation solutions such as FlexLab™ X, we are helping clinical laboratories move toward safer, more efficient, and fully traceable diagnostic workflows — from sample intake to result delivery.

During this year, we also partnered with F-DGSi, a French innovator and manufacturer specializing in cryogenic engineering and liquid nitrogen technology.  With this new collaboration, we can offer you the Cryogen Series Liquid Nitrogen Generators that allow you to generate your own liquid nitrogen, anytime, anywhere. Liquid nitrogen generators are ideal for labs that require continuous, on-site generation of liquid nitrogen without relying on cylinder delivery. Reliable, safe, and efficient.

In addition, we also partnered with Cryste, a company committed to advancing laboratory science through cutting-edge instrumentation and innovative solutions. Cryste’s high-performance automated nucleic acid purification systems, smart dry bath incubators, mini centrifuges and compact lab tool are designed to optimize workflows in molecular biology, clinical diagnostics, and life science research. Cryste’s products are perfectly aligned with our mission at The Science Support to deliver integrated, high-quality laboratory solutions.

Last but not least, we partnered with Crystal Technology & Industries Inc. (CTI), a fast-growing U.S.-based manufacturer of high-quality equipment designed for medical and scientific research laboratories. Whether you’re running a clinical lab, a research facility, or a biotechnology production space, CTI offers robust, energy-efficient, and dependable equipment built to support your most demanding workflows.

A Strong Presence at Scientific Conferences and Events

Engaging directly with the scientific community remains central to our philosophy. Throughout the year, we actively sponsored, exhibited, and participated in key scientific conferences, supporting knowledge exchange and collaboration among researchers and clinicians.

A highlight of the year was our sponsorship and exhibition at the 75th National Conference of the Hellenic Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (HSBMB), held at the Eugenides Foundation in Athens. At our booth, we had the opportunity to showcase advanced technologies, including the Amersham™ ImageQuant™ 800 by Cytiva, and to engage in meaningful discussions with researchers, early-career scientists, and institutional partners.

Moreover, we joined CHEM25, the 12th International Exhibition of Chemicals, Equipment & Quality Control, held at the Athens Metropolitan Expo Center. At our stand, we presented cutting-edge laboratory solutions and demonstrated how our offerings can enhance efficiency and accuracy in chemical analysis and quality control processes.

Supporting Laboratories Beyond Products

Beyond technology, this year reaffirmed our role as a trusted scientific partner. Through educational content, high-performance products, hands-on demonstrations, and personalized technical support, we focused on helping laboratories to optimize workflows, improve reproducibility and efficiency, navigate increasing regulatory and operational demands, and adopt automation and digitalization with confidence.

Looking Ahead

As we move into the new year, we do so with gratitude to our partners, collaborators, and the scientific community that continues to trust The Science Support. With new collaborations underway and an evolving technology landscape, we remain committed to supporting science that matters, enabling laboratories to work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to another year of collaboration, innovation, and scientific excellence.
